2009-11-06 17:39:51 MST VPS Maintenance Saturday Nov 7th 8PM On Saturday, November 7th starting at approximately 8PM Mountain Time, we will begin a maintenance window on our primary VPS hardware node that we anticipate lasting up to five hours. The maintenance is required to resolve a hardware issue which is causing a hard drive to be unrecognized by the storage controller. No data has been lost, but it is important that the hard drive be returned properly to the storage array as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to minimize the interruption, though VPS services may be unavailable during the maintenance window. 2009-11-06 10:31:40 MST VPS Hardware Issue - UPDATE We continue to work to resolve this storage-based issue on the VPS hardware node without taking the server down. If that is not possible, we will send a maintenance notice email to VPS customers and perform the required offline maintenance later this weekend. 2009-11-06 10:28:28 MST VPS Issue Diagnosed A hardware problem is the cause of the VPS performance issues this morning. We are working to resolve it. 2009-11-06 09:04:44 MST VPS Performance Issue We're currently working on an issue which is causing sluggish performance from some VPS containers. 2009-10-31 14:47:35 MST FTP/Shell services - RESOLVED We have resolved the problem with ftp/shell services. We again apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused and appreciate your patience. 2009-10-31 13:55:23 MST FTP/Shell services temporarily unavailable We were alerted to a problem with our shell/FTP server at approx. 1:30PM MDT and are currently working to resolve the issue. UPDATE 2:28PM MDT: The server failed to fully restart after a remote reboot. Engineers are now onsite and should have the issue resolved soon. We appreciate your continued patience. 2009-10-31 10:28:09 MST VPS Hardware Node scheduled maintenance finished The Modwest Operations Team has completed scheduled maintenance on the main VPS hardware node this morning. The VPS hardware node came back online and started all of the VPS containers at 9am. However, some containers experienced significant delays in starting up. By 10am it appeared that all containers are functioning. Thanks for your patience. 2009-10-13 08:48:01 MST Mailbox storage server issue -- Resolved The mailbox server is servicing requests again. Mail that would have arrived during the event will arrive in the next several hours. 2009-10-13 08:02:04 MST Mailbox storage server issue One of the mailbox storage servers is not responding. Engineers are toiling to get it functional again. 2009-10-11 11:52:45 MST FTP Problem - RESOLVED The FTP issue on the shared system has been resolved.
