Virtual Private Server Container- DOWN
At approximately 13:00 MST Modwest received alerts a short time ago regarding accounts hosted on one of our VPS platforms. The container hosting several virtual private servers is currently offline with Modwest system administrators working to resolve the issue and re-establish services. This does not affect all VPS customers only those hosted on the affect container.


***UPDATE***
Services began to recover at approximately 13:30 MST with all services returning to normal by 13:40 MST

Grid System - Web Cluster Issue
Modwest systems administrators are currently investigating an issue with our Grid hosting system, resulting in potential website unavailability and downtime. We will keep this page updated with new information as the issue is addressed.

****Update 19:30:00 MST****
Modwest System administrators have resolved the larger system issue, and Grid-hosted websites should be resolving correctly, though high load may cause slower load times. The source of the continuing high load is still being investigated.

****Update 19:35:00 MST****
All issues have been resolved and services should now functioning as expected. Please contact support with any continuing issues.

db3.modwest.com database server
At approximately 13:15 MST Modwests on call personnel were alerted to issues occurring on our db3.modwest.com database server. The server is currently offline. Modwest engineers are working to investigate the cause of the problem and restore services. Please refer back here for status updates as they become available.


***UPDATE***
At approximately 15:10 MST all db3.modwest.com services issues cleared and all services to the server restored.
Administrators are continuing to investigate the root cause of the problems.



The Modwest network is reachable, with no connectivity problems.
