Technical Info: A recent security update requires these servers to be rebooted. Downtime Caused? Brief interruptions in service availability are expected as a result of the reboot process. The maintenance is required to resolve a hardware issue which is causing a hard drive to be unrecognized by the storage controller. No data has been lost, but it is important that the hard drive be returned properly to the storage array as soon as possible.
